bad luck

bad luck, it is psychological or does it really exists? Cause i have been suffering a bad bout of bad luck recently, remove the fact that i am standing in the line of fire for "bad things to happen to you because you are in council", that fact i can deal with and i am so used to it that bad luck = hurdles, tribulations. And I believe in KARMA. so what did i do to deserve this? Seriously? Learn how to deal, i will make it work, i always do. See, bet you the teachers knew that i would somehow react this way. So that must be why. Just dont let _____ break me. That's all i am asking.

this has nothing to do with council. seriously.

Yes and i feel tired, sleepy. droopy rather.

nat and i were discussing the merits of ethinc costumes.

punjabi suit without pants - if you shorten it to the knees, it is very versatile, can wear with jeans to the beach in shorts, to the beach in bikinis.

cheongsam - i want to do a black lace one and it will achieve 2 things: super glam and super formal. Can wear to performances and grad nite lah! But i think i should do other one, a funky one, a very shanghai tang one at one eighth the cost in china.

peranakan - i forgot what it was called lah. But can wear it over jeans, it looks very glam and causal. And peranakan shoes, it is so classic, i really like beaded stuff.

sari - i dont know, but my cousin made her wedding gown out of sari material, it was a bodice in sari cloth with very nice beadings on it. I think it would look cool with black pants and a white jacket or something.

really want to go tekka market.

happy racial harmony day.

why do i hate being sick?

1) did not go to coldplay concert

2) could not eat junk food or fattening food after OBS

3) I slept all day

4) did not bathe for 2 days (take that OBS)

5) i cant speak, sing, laugh, without going into throat arrest

why do i like being sick

1) no need to go to school (seriously?)

2) finished watching grey's anatomy

3) mum was nicer to me

4) spend more time with parents than i ever did this half of the year (i lead a sad life, i know)

5) i slept all day

nothing to type just that i feel more able and stable, finally bathed and i am smelling like a real person. No idea how everybody is doing in school, maybe cause i dont want to know. Thinking about life these few days, and how we dont really take care of ourselves.

Caring for other people is so easy, caring for yourself is so hard. we push and push, till we crack, till we fall. We push to show other people how capable we are, we push to show ourselves how capable we are, we dont stop pushing till we cross the line. And once we do that it is way too late. People breakdown, people fall sick, we start killing ourselves and it all falls down. Sometimes, other people dont let you stop pushing even if you wanted too, if it is a good outcome, they are your mentors, your saviours, your supporters, your friends. If it isnt, they are your downfall, your regret.

i dont know, i am tired so tired, tired of school, tired of falling sick, come on having fever in the span of 2 and a 1/2 weeks is not healthy, tired of the ip rat race, that insipidly regulatory cycle of getting good grades. i used to thrive on the cycle, i used to love the cycle, i lived for the grades, the marks, i liked it, it was compeitive fun. But i've lost that, there is more to life than good grades, i understand that now, but there is more to life than school, there is more to life than life. I want to feel that again but i cant. I have lost focus, i used to be really focus, going to get A, i get A, but i have so many focuses it is hard to decide which focus should i be focusing. All my family and relatives have told me to slow down take it easy, enjoy school, enjoy now, but i cannot seem to. Too serious, always worrying about grades, ideas, council, life. what to do? i choose this life, i am not complaining, i like it, like, it. Just cant find the balance. So help me God.

today was quite fun, i have many things to say about the ministers, in particular 2, one was swoonworthy, the other was rude. But i intend to talk about the PM's son, we were from the same secondary school, but he is truckloads older than me, so it is not like we know each other or anything. He speaks with a British accent, which can be jarring at times, like when i was watching my favourite band major perform, the band major is from tk is so hot. I think it would be weird for u, but totally normal for him, to have adults speaking level to level with him. They actually listened and responded like adults, they talked about casinos, music, it was totally adult. No "I bet you have a boyfriend" or "How's school?", it was almost business-like. I would feel uncomfortable, but he was totally at ease. And they all cracked cringeworthy jokes, like my dad does when he is doing business. I mean i understand that he probably grew up in this environment so it comes naturally, but it amazes me. And they are security dudes following him where ever he goes, even to the loo. For girls, i think we would be ok with it, but for a macho guy to have another man follow you, wouldn't it be awkward? He is so different from us, the common singaporeans, he doesnt speak the way we do, think the way we do. See how the upper crust of country lives, it is really amazing.

I saw iskandar ismail, for all you dodos out there he arranges music for singapore idol, i felt like telling him that the arrangements were very bad. I only liked the arrangement for mathilda's I run to you, that was all.

ok i cant upload so.....better luck next time
